SmartHub:  View, Pay & Manage Your Electric Account Online
Go paperless! View, pay and manage your electric account online using SmartHub. It’s convenient, free and simple to use. Plus it helps conserve our natural resources.

 

  • First time users: provide your last name or business name, e-mail address and account number from your bill to set up a username (e-mail address) and password

  • Pay by debit/credit card, electronic check or automatic withdrawal from your bank account

Pay By Phone
For your convenience, PPCS accepts payments for electric accounts by phone through an automated phone system. This option is free and available 24/7.

  • Dial 866-999-8451 and follow the voice prompts

  • Pay by credit card or automatic withdrawal from your bank account

Automatic Payment Plan
With our Automatic Payment Plans, your payment will be automatically withdrawn from your designated bank account each month. For additional information, read our Automatic Payment Plan FAQ’s. Your payment will be automatically withdrawn from your designated checking or savings account on or about the due date indicated on your bill (15th, 20th or 25th).  To sign up for Automatic Payment, complete the on-line authorization form.

Night Depository
A night depository is available for your paying convenience 24/7. The depository is located on the northwest side of our office building at the intersection of Hwys.10 & 63 just west of Ellsworth, Wis.

Credit Card - Visa  MaserCard  Discover
PPCS accepts VISA®, MasterCard®and Discover®. Automatic payment by credit card is available with proper authorization from the cardholder.

Budget Billing Program
This free program is available to qualifying members and allows uniform monthly payments on energy account(s). The budget amount is based on your average energy usage during the previous 12 months. You will receive a monthly statement showing your actual energy consumption and the amount due under the Budget Billing Program. The average budget amount is reviewed in March and August. If your account reflects a large credit or debit, your budget amount will be recalculated. You will be notified in writing of any change to your budget amount. 

  1. You must have had an active energy account for the previous 12-month period.
  2. All account balances must be current.
  3. No more than three (3) late payments over the previous 12-month period.
  4. No NSF checks submitted over the previous 12-month period.

As a participant in the Budget Billing Program, payment may also be made by credit card or through direct withdrawal from any bank account by participating in our Automatic Payment Plan.
